My thoughts and prayers go out for the family of Amber, may the lord guide and protect the family in this time of loss and look over them as they move ahead. Many times the wives left behind are not given their recognition for their sacrifices while their husbands deploy. Amber and all the military spouses are as much american heros as thier military men or women. It will be my honor to bear a flag in her honor and escort her to her final place of rest. Tom and Ron, thank you for your service to our great nation.

I pray that our heavenly Father may comfort you in your sorrow, and leave you only the cherished memories of Amber.
Also, I pray that in time, your tears of sorrow will be replaced with smiles as you reflect on your memories of your loved one.

Eternal rest grant unto her O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her. May she rest in peace.

Tom and Cooper,

You are in our thoughts and prayers. My heart broke reading this. Our sincere condolences to you and yours.
Amber touched the hearts of many.

Some give all. She was one of the few that gave all she could. Tom and Cooper will be in our prayers from now on.

God Bless you both and keep you safe.

Amber has given all. My church has prayed and is praying for Sgt. Tom, Cooper and the rest of the family.  We usually only think of the sacrifice by the soliers, but Amber has proven that spouses also give a great deal for this country.  May you rest in God's arms and rely on His strength in the following hours, days and weeks.

God Bless each of you!

FRIDAY 11/24/06 ESCORT LAMBERT INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TO TROY, IL.

On Friday evening we staged at the Troy VFW, Ride Captain Frank Caruso did a short pre-ride breifing and a prayer, we had around 13 bikes a couple met us at the airport, we were lead to the airport by family members the Ride captain Randy Smith lead the bikes with 2 additional cages taking up the rear, the interstate was clustered with holiday traffic as we tried to keep the escort fairly tight we had some trouble with cars cutting in and out of the escort, we arrived safely at the airport, when leaving the Lambert International airport police blocked traffic for us as we entered back onto the Interstate for the trip back to Troy Illinois, on the way back the traffic was not as much of a problem and everyone arrived safely in Troy then departed, the weather was good and we had good support from both Illinois and Missouri riders, I want to thank everyone who attended this special mission escort.

VISITATION 11/28/2006

Road Captain Arne (Fat Fred aka Recon) set up a flag line to honor Amber Eyman and her family Arne also presented 3 blankets from the Linus Project for Tom's 2 children and his neice, the flag line was set up from 3:00pm - 4:00pm, I want to thank Arne for a job well done.

FUNERAL 11/29/2006

I arrived in Troy Illinois at around 8:00am the VFW had coffee, Juice, and donuts set up, with clouds in the air and 70 degree weather it originally looked like rain but myself and 11 other bikes and 3 cages were determined that no matter what we were going to accomplish this mission, at 9:20 I did a quick pre-mission briefing and we then moved across the street to set up a flag line at the funeral home, once everyone was in the funeral home we gave a short break to the falg line and then repositioned the flag line at the back of the funeral home along the hearse, ( I have to apologize to everyone for calling attention a little early) everyone did a very professional job in the flag line, once everyone exited the funeral home we made our way to our bikes and cages and prepared to escort Amber to the Jefferson National Cemetery at this point the sun began trying to peek out, we had a very good escort with not much traffic everyone stayed together well at a study 60-65mph pace, at the Jefferson National Cemetery we set up the flag line during the perscession, myself and a repersenative of the Jefferson National Cemetery then presented our mission flag flown on my bike in honor of Amber Eyman, to Sgt. Tom Eyman, Tom may God be with you and your family to comfort and guide you through these difficult times, I want to thank everyone from Illinois, Missouri, and Indiana who attended this mission and made it happen, thank you for your time and dedication to this family.
