We offer our Sincere Condolences to the Family of Floyd B Palmer when
called he came forward with others from the "Greatest Generation" to
serve his country and flag to preserve the many freedoms we enjoy today.
No longer will he hear the sound of the waves against the hull or ride the
angry seas. May he find Blue Skys, Fair Winds and Smooth Seas on his
new journey.

Staging Update

We will stage at the small park on the SE corner of Wadsworth and 29th Ave. This is directly across Wadsworth from the main entrance to Crown Hill Cemetery and in front of the Wheatridge city offices.

Staging - 9:00 AM
Briefing - 9:20 AM
KSU - 9:30 AM

In case charger cannot bring our main flags, I suggest that you bring your collapsible poles if you have them.

This memorial should be similar to services we have experienced at Ft. Logan. Charger has suggested that after this service, we go down to PO2 Danny Dietz Memorial in Littleton and hold an impromptu memorial service there. This is not a requirement or even an official mission, just something you may wish to do if you have time.

If I can get the bike fixed and back together today, I'm planning on being there. Anyone else from COS/Pueblo want to meet and ride together?

Thanks to everybody that attended this mission. With it being a holiday and all, we still had a very good turnout. It has been a while since the foot and ankle have allowed me to attend a mission, and I was honored to be able to be at this one.. Thank you 'Grandpa' Palmer. It is because of people like you that we have our freedom and the ability to celebrate the 4th of July.
