| Production of this patch must cease immediately. The postage stamp is copyrighted and licensed to me for my use by a stock design company. Any copy made is in violation of their copyrights and my licensing agreement. If you have any further questions please contact me at diane@rodeskinz.com. |

I really am sorry but I have to protect their copyrights or I am in violation and I can be shut down too. I can help you get the proper programming for the design but I just legally can't allow it to be copied from anything I produce. The original postage stamp design must be purchased from the stock design company, I can't sell the software or knowingly allow it to be copied from something I have produced using the software. My licensing agreement allows me to alter their programming to produce custom designs using all or part of their stock designs.
The Patriot Guard Riders name is also copyrighted and Jeff must be contacted in order to receive permission to use the name. Bill Richart and I received approval from Jeff for the original Patriot Express patch.
I just don't want anyone in trouble here and I don't want to lose my ability to purchase designs from the stock design company. I don't have the income to fight a copyright infringement lawsuit by a company that I have worked with for 14 years. Copyright infringement is serious business. |

| Being a graphic designer by trade, I am happy to design a patch from scratch so that there won't be copyright issues. Just give me the word and I'm happy to do it.

Hummmm... Let's see. I would think that by posting the patch on this site it would allow for feedback from members.
Since several folks are not happy with the design, which has not gone into production anywhere and Jeff Brown is on my contact list to provide this patch idea to and to determine the next steps, I'm not going to bother with moving to the next step and I'll put everything in the recycle bin.
I do thank you all for participating in bringing the Pentagon Stone to Dodge City and for your valuable time that you gave to do it. We plan to have an over haul of our city website and will have new information posted about Liberty Garden. When that happens we will keep you posted.
Thank you.
