I am saddened by the loss of another young, American life. My thoughts, prayers, and sincere condolences to the family and friends of Capt. Steele. My heartfelt gratitude to this American hero for answering the call when his country needed him. I will always hold in the highest regard those American men and women who paid the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom and to those who are still in harms way. These words will not fill the emptiness felt by the loss of Joshua but serves as a reminder that the people of this great nation care and also feel this loss.

May God bless this American Hero and keep him by his side. I will do my best to be there to escort and honor this American hero to his final resting place.

Standing by in Sullivan, MO.

Going home, going home,
I'm just going home.
Quiet-like, slip away-
I'll be going home.
It's not far, just close by;
Jesus is the Door;
Work all done, laid aside,
Fear and grief no more.
Friends are there, waiting now.
He is waiting, too.
See His smile! See His hand!
He will lead me through.

Only two defining forces have ever offered to die for you: 1. Jesus Christ. 2. The American G.I. One died for your soul, the other for your Freedom.

A Soldier's Prayer
(author unknown)

Do not stand at my grave and weep
I am not there; I do not sleep.

I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glints on snow,
I am the sun on ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn rain.

When you awaken in the morning's hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.

Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am not there; I did not die.
