Mr. Richway, Thank you for serving our Great Nation in that amazing time in history. Thank you to the family of this American hero. A great man once said, "Poor is the Nation that has no Heroes, Shameful is the one that, having them, Forgets". We will never forget the duty, service, honor, faithfulness and sacrifice you have given to our nation. You are now in the great cloud of witnesses cheering us on. We will not falter, We will not fail, We will not weaken.

STAGING INFORMATION
I will be the Ride Captain for this mission to honor Mr. Alvin Richway, one of the Greatest Generation and an American hero. We will stage at the Holly Plaza Shopping Center on the east side of North Holly Road and just north of Grange Hall Road in Holly. Staging time is 1:30 PM. There is a chance of showers forecasted for Thursday. I know we all love our motorcycles, but it is not a requirement that we ride them to every mission. It IS a requirement that we all are safe. Use your best judgement and choose the safest mode of transportation for this mission. Great Lakes National Cemetery is approximately 3 miles north of our staging area. Don't forget to bring your flags.
RIDE SAFE ALL, Jack W. Olmstead Assistant State Captain Riding in remembrance of Ross Olmstead, WWII veteran of the Pacific Theater and my greatest hero. |

Please, all that go to honor this HERO, hold Taylor in your vest pocket. Today, we will have a moment of silence in this great man's honor.
We thank you sir, for helping mold our country to what it is today. Thank you for your service and know, you will never be forgotten. |

"Greater love hath no man than he would lay down his life for his friends." But, a true patriot lays down his life in battle for those who are not his friends. Patriots die for the ungrateful, for those who call themselves Americans yet despise our Christian heritage, and mock our commander-in-chief. A true patriot will willingly give his life for this earth we stand on, called the United States of America. WE THANK GOD FOR OUR PATRIOTS!!

Got home from this mission about 1830. Chilly ride today but the family appreciated our efforts. This was my first mission for other than a current KIA, thank you everyone for your efforts in this Hero's last stand. My prayers are with you all.
Jack, Great job today, thank you. In the rush to leave I forgot to introduce you to another first timer, my pastor Johnny Green, from Harrison Church of God.
