 Spc.Posivio mission update:

Ride plans are now being submitted and will be compiled into one document and rolled out.

Pre-stage and final stage locations have been identified,. we are awating final date and time from the family representative so we can ajust stage times.

The local LEO's and Co. Sheriff's dept's have been briefed and are in sync with the mission.

Contacts and invatations have been made with support ride groups, they are organizing their members and are at the ready.

Mission statements are being printed as handouts to be used as reminders for all PGR members as well as non-members. 60 3x5'  Flags have been purchased for those in need. We also have some coming in by donation from various organizations.

We hope to have a confirmed service time and date by Tuesday, We anticipate Friday the 2nd but it could be Sat. the 3rd. we're still waiting for that from the family.

I just want to thank all the out state PGR members standing by in Iowa, Wisconsin, North and South Dakota. Your presence would be appreciated.

Have a safe Memorial Weekend and please, Keep Spc Posivio's family in your thoughts and prayers.

I live in Las Vegas and the WBC wakos site said they were going to protest here, but they never showed up.

Lonerider, I understand what you are saying, but we can't let the UG's lies and taunts move us from our mission, that is to honor a fallen hero and give support to a broken family. I refuse to give any acknowledgment of the UG's in their presence or departure. When we are present They are a non-factor

To all Patriot Guard Riders,

For the mission to honor:  LCpl. Robert G. Posivio

The date and time of LCpl. Posivios funeral is not yet known. At this time the DOD cannot confirm the date and time of LCpl. Posivios return to Minnesota.

All PGR members will stage at the Super America in Fairmont, Minnesota prior to moving to the services in Welcome, Minnesota. Please do not go directly to Welcome.

The Super America is at 2197 N. State Street, Fairmont, Minnesota. Take Exit 102 off I90.

As with most funerals, the family will have food served for family and friends afterwards. PGR members are asked not to participate in this in an effort to keep the cost down for the family.

Uninvited guests are expected to attend this funeral.

Please stand by as details and plans are developed.

Jim Bono
MN State Ride Captain

Those heroes who make the ultimate sacrifice do not pass on alone. They are carried from the fields of battle by the Valkyr who carry them to Valhall. Here they will live on with all those who have gone on before to await the final and ultimate battle, Ragnnarök.
