My sincere condolences to the family and friends of Billy Wayne Bishop.   Know that he is a true American hero and as such will be remembered.   Billy, thank you for your service, we mourn your loss along side your family.   Your watch has ended and we will now stand for you just as you stood for us.

Thank you for your willingness to defend the United States of America and her freedoms and interests. Your death brings much sorrow and sadness to the hearts and lives of your family, friends, military brothers and sisters, each and every member of the Patriot Guard Riders, and all who truly appreciate their freedom. We are proud of your service and dedication in that which you believed in and fought for. Your mission is complete. You are truly an American hero and the world in which we live is a safer place because of your commitment to freedom. We will now proudly stand for you with honor, dignity, and respect. RIDE REPORT

This was an Extremely Short Notice Mission with Literally 1 Day to Pan it, I was totally Amazed to Have 28 Bikes
today. 21 PGR, 6 Christians in the Wind and 1 Minister on His Harley. We all came together Today to Honor the Life of
Billy Wayne Bishop 66, of Greer SC He was an Army Vet serving in Korea and Viet Nam. He left Behind a Wife Judy, 2 sons
Brian and Wayne a Sister Grace and several Grandchildren.



We had a Short Ride Brief, Ron with Christians in the Wind Lead us in Prayer, we then Lined up our Bikes and assembled to Go into the Chapel for the service. There were 2 minister's who Spoke of Billy's Love of His Family, His Love of Life, His Love of God and His Love of Motorcycles. He was an Avid Motorcyclist and a Member of Christians in the Wind, His Vest and a Collage of Picture's was on Display in the Chapel. 1 Minister spoke of Billy's alway's Present Infectious Smile and His Redeeming Quality to Alway's find the Good in any Given Situation.



The service soon ended and We lined up Outside and Presented Salute's as the Flag Draped Coffin was Loaded into the Hearse. We then Mounted Our Bikes and Made the Short trip to the Cemetary. We lined up in an L shaped Line and Deployed 4 Flags pulled from the back of Bikes and spaced them evenly though the Line. There was a Short Commital Service Prayer's were said and We dispursed. Billy's Niece wanted Me to pass along The Family's Most Heartfelt Thank You for Our Being there, I told Her it was Our Honor to Stand for Him. His Cousin Said that those Bikes and there Rider's were the Most Awsome Sigt She Had ever Seen.



I want to Thank all of You for Your Time, Your Service and Your Dedication to Our Country's Service Men and Women. You make Me Proud to Be a Small Part of this Great organization.
