The staging point has changed!  New staging poing is the Mobil station at Hwy 55 and Meramac bottom road, just north of the Meramac river.  There is also a QT at this intersection giving all a chance to refresh, relieve, and refuel.
Mo Hwy Patrol was uncomfortable with the mix of big rigs and bikes at the weight station.

Staging time is still set for 7pm.

It appears that 1140th SAPPER company will be coming home on [u]Sunday, 20 July, 08 in the evening.[/u]

Tentative Staging plan is at the weight station on Hwy 55 just south of Hwy M, at 7:00 pm.

As with most things military, this remains very fluid so please check this thread frequently.

Welcome Home

The Missouri National Guard 1140th SAPPER CO is returning home to Farmington Sunday, July 20, after a year deployment in Iraq.  The PGR was honored to send them off last year, and again it will be a privilege to escort them home.  It will be with heavy hearts, as two men from the 1140th were lost in Iraq, SSG Bradley Skelton and Spc. Matthew Straughter.  We will honor them again, as we honor those returning home Sunday. 
  
The timing of their arrival is fluid, as will be this mission.  Check this thread often as updates will be posted. 
  
RC for this mission will be Mike "Smackwater" Gibbs
