I just got this today.  If anyone can make this mission please do so.

Services will be in Many at the United Methodist Church10:00 AM. We will stage at 9:30. Lunch will be served after the service then we proceed to the National Cemetery in Keithville La.

CMSgt Rose joined the Navy at age 17 to go to WWII, where he served on the USS Vessole, DDR 878.  He then came over to the USAF when it was created and he retired after 20+ years.  He will be buried in his Chief's uniform and an honor guard will meet us at the new National Cemetary in Keithville next Monday where he will be interred at 2:30 pm

I would like to extend my deepest condolences to the family and friends of CMSgt. (ret) Bob Rose in this very sad time in your lives. My prayers are that our GOD may bring peace and comfort to all of you during this tragic time. Please know that not just me , but a country full of people like me owe you a debt that can never be repaid. We know that your loved one is now serving in the Army of our LORD in heaven, and the LORD said if I go to prepare a place for you, I will come again and recieve you unto myself that where I am there you may be also. I thank you for the sacrifice you and your family have endured so our nation can remain the home of the free because of the brave. We are all brothers and sisters in arms and we don't forget one of our own, rest in peace my comrade, your mission is complete and now it's time for you to rest.
