Here are the Mission plans as they stand for Tuesday, July 15th, 2008 in Madill, Okla.  Please make sure you check this Link for any changes in the Mission.
 
Staging:                        13:00
                                    Madill High School 
                                    Madill, Oklahoma  
 
Briefing:                        13:15 
 
KSU:                            13:30
It's a short ride to the Funeral home for the service / flag line from the Staging area.  Flags will be on site.
 
 The flags will be  moved to the Oakland Cemetery while the Service is in Progress.  At the close of the service we will escort this Hero, and his Family members, the short ride to the Cemetery.  At the Cemetery we will form our circle of flags to protect and honor this Marine.  We will use the cradle for this hero when in escort, bikes with big flags in front of hearse others behind.
 
For those, from the East,  we will stage at the VFW building in Boswell, KSU at 09:30, that will put us in Bochito 09:45 we will stage in front of the Post Office.  We will pick up the Durant riders at 10:30 hours at the Jack-in-the -box on Hwy 70 just east of Hwy 69/75 overpass.   KSU 11:00 hours for Madill.
 
W need a volunteer, with a cage to carry the water, Please contact Pappy if you can do this for the Mission. (pappy@windyglen.net)
 
Directions to School:    From Highway 70 South coming into Madill from Kingston at first traffic light take exit for Highway 377 and 99 (left) Go approx 6/10 of a mile take 5th Avenue exit to the right.  Go approx. 1/2 mile drive way on the left.  Coming in from south on Highway 377 take 5th Avenue exit to the left, go approx. 1/2 mile school driveway on the left. 
 
Coming from Ardmore: Go to 3rd traffic light, take Highway 377 and 99 right follow above directions.

The Sunday Mission will consist of us going to DEW Airport and escorting SSgt Jamey Finch back to Madill.
 
STAGE:      Lake Country Store at the corner of Lake Murry Dr. & Hwy 70
 
TIME:         1:00    
 
KSU:          1:30.
 
STAGING in Texas:  between 2:30 & 3:00, Parking lot at I-35 & Business 121
 
We will ride to Lewisville TX. take exit 450 and meet up with North Texas PGR they will escort us to DFW, they know were to go and the way to get there. We hope to get to Denton between 2:30 & 3:00, we want to have enough time to gas up before we get to the airport and meet up with the Funeral Home people. The North Texas PGR are arranging for a police escort from DFW back to I-35 for the trip back to Madill.
 
We will leave there and go to fill up with gas and rest up some before heading to DFW.
 
ARRIVAL: SSGT Finch is supposed to arrive around 4:55PM, expect to start back around 6:00P.M. 
 
WEATHER: It is going to be hot so come prepaired.
 
We will have a cage coming with us with water for when we get to the airport and get back to Madill to Watts Funeral Home.

We have a confirmed Mission now for Marine SSgt Jamey D. Finch. SSGT Finch did two Tours in Iraq and was assigned as the NCOIC of the  Recruiting Station at 29 Palms in Calif. His Services will sometime toward the end of the week in Madill, Oklahoma. Further details to follow.

PGR Member Bill Christison, is Jamey's Father,   He is the Vietnam Vet who joined the PGR after a Mission in Ardmore, Okla.
