As I get ready to write to you, the words fall away as almost meaningless because of the pain I know you feel. I know, because I have felt that pain.

Know that you are NOT alone on this difficult path. Others are there to help you: reach out and embrace them, for they are offering not only themselves, but sharing with you that little bit of the Almighty that resides in all of us. This offering/sharing is what WILL give you the strength you will need to get thru. Trust me.

Any service related death, whether accident or illness, wounds received or KIA, warrant the Gold Star for the family. Don't let anyone tell you different.

I offer you my services, such as they are. If you want to talk, feel free to get in touch with me thru the PGR messaging. I WILL return your call/message. ANYTIME!

Thank you for your willingness to defend the United States of America and her freedoms and interests. Your untimely death brings much sorrow and sadness to the hearts and lives of your family, friends, military brothers and sisters, each and every member of the Patriot Guard Riders, and all who truly appreciate their freedom. We are proud of your service and dedication in that which you believed in and fought for. Your mission is complete. You are truly an American hero and the world in which we live is a safer place because of your commitment to freedom. We will now proudly stand for you with honor, dignity, and respect. This is a confirmed mission for next week in Dutchess County. Please note this is a 3 part mission. Part 1: Wednesday 7/9 Escort from Stewart AFB, Rt.17K, Newburgh,NY to Straub Funeral Home, Main Street, Wappingers Falls, NY. The time of the flight arrival will not be available until Monday, 7/7. We will stage at the entrance of the AFB. Part 2: Thursday 7/10 stand a Flag Line at the funeral home during viewing hours (2-4 and 7-9). We will meet at the Funeral Home at 1:00 PM. Exact address and parking details will follow. Part 3: Friday 7/11 escort funeral procession from Funeral Home to Cemetery near junction of Rt. 208 and Rt. 44/55 in Gardiner, NY. Staging time will be posted when made available by the family on Monday 7/7. Details will also be posted on the NYPGR Calendar. Call me with any questions. My prayers are that our GOD may bring peace and comfort to all of you during this tragic time. Please know that not just me , but a country full of people like me owe you a debt that can never be repaid. We know that your loved one is now serving in the Army of our LORD in heaven, and the LORD said if I go to prepare a place for you, I will come again and recieve you unto myself that where I am there you may be also.
