Team, we have a very short notice mission. Mr. Gardner is a Vietnam veteran, and
served 22 years in the military. We are going to set a flagline at KVCC in
Radcliff for his burial services at 1245, the family will show up from the
memorial services in Vine Grove at approximately 1300-1315. I understand the
short timing of this mission, but the family is very appreciative and honored to
have us present. Thank you all for your support. I will send out more info as it
becomes available.

Our sincere condolences to the family and friends of Phillip Eugene Gardner, Viet Nam Veteran. May God help you though this difficult time and sorrow. He is one of America's Heroes that will never be forgotten.

Rest Safely and Securely in God's Loving Arms, Phillip.

Going home, going home,
I'm just going home.
Quiet-like, slip away-
I'll be going home.
It's not far, just close by;
Jesus is the Door;
Work all done, laid aside,
Fear and grief no more.
Friends are there, waiting now.
He is waiting, too.
See His smile! See His hand!
He will lead me through.

Morning Star lights the way;
Restless dream all done;
Shadows gone, break of day,
Life has just begun.
Every tear wiped away,
Pain and sickness gone;
Wide awake there with Him!
Peace goes on and on!
Going home, going home,
I'll be going home.
See the Light! See the Sun!
I'm just going home.

Closing Report-

We had 11 members show up for this VERY short notice mission, which is a great turn out. Thank you all for your support at the cemetary and in the forums.

The services went well, with good weather and a slight breeze, there were no issues to worry about.

The family thanked everyone in attendance, and reiterated her thanks again to me for our support and patriotism with little to no notice. I told her that it was OUR honor to be present, and thanked her for the opportunity. Thank you all again for what you do.

Mike
