We offer our Sincere Condolences to the Family of Wiliam J Carr, when his country requested his services he came forward with many from the "Greatest Generation" and served the Navy, Flag and Country with Dedication. No longer will he hear the waves against the hull. His mission is completed. May he find Blue Skys, Fair Winds and Smooth seas on his new journey.
