| LCpl Whitacre, you are so deeply appreciated. You stand now a hero at heaven's gates, along with all our fallen warriors who have gone before you. Rest easy now, Andrew, and know that you will never be forgotten here. |
|
Thank you for your service and sacrifice in defending and protecting our freedoms. As a nation we mourn your loss, and we will remember you always as a true American hero. To the family, I offer my prayers and support. I understand a little of what you are going through-my son, a Marine LCpl, was killed in Iraq. I pray wonderful memories of your dear warrior help eventually to ease the pain you endure today. Your hero will never be forgotten-he leaves a legacy of honor and courage that few will ever achieve. God bless you. Julie Francis, Matt's Mom |

| We arrived at Muncie Airport at 10 am. There were a few PGR there already. I was then informed that the flight was delayed do to weather. Andrew's flight arrived at 11:30 am. We stood a double line next to all the leo's. After Andrew was placed inside the hurst, we road escort to Baird Freeman Funeral Home,in Portland,In. We formed a line-as best we could do to the large attendance of family/friends while Andrew was taken inside. We had at last count 13 bikes and 14 members escorting Andrew back to Portland. Big thanks to all the LEO's and for the folks of Portland for lining the streets to pay there respects to Andrew. We all got to meet the parents and fiancee and they all were very thankful the PGR is there to honor our nations hero. They were all very very nice and couldn't say thanks enough to all of us there. As always, I told them it was OUR HONOR TO BE HERE TO SHOW OUR RESPECT FOR OUR FALLEN BROTHER and his family This concludes the escort portion of this mission, with Honor and Respect, Mold Maker, Don DeBruler-RC- PS- big thanks for all of the PGR and hog owners group who made it to this most honorable mission. Thanks to all for being the great Patriots you all are. Last but not least, A new member -Monica Robish,my girlfriend, made her first mission. Big thanks again for all who could make this misssion !!! |
