24 June 08  SSGT. Joshua Cameron  851st Vertical Engineer Co.  Army National Guard

Welcome Home for Joshua Cameron, from his second tour in Iraq!  His family (wife Shelly, and parents, Dave & Susanne) has asked us be part of a surprise escort for SSGT Cameron.  We will be escorting him to Pequot Lakes, MN from Nisswa, MN.  SSGT Cameron is with the 851st Vertical Engineer Company and earned a Bronze Star while in Iraq.  Let us give him a Hero's welcome home!!  We will have an LEO escort so there will be no road guarding necessary. Then we can give him a huge round of applause and shake his hand.

They are actually driving up from the cities so his wife Shelly is going to tell him she really has to go the bathroom and have him stop at the Holiday gas station.  This is the only way we could keep the surprise.  We will know what they are driving.

Please join us!!

Staging:  Tuesday 24 June 08

5:00 PM ~ Holday Gas station on the right (West) side of Hwy 371 (north of Brainerd) in Nisswa.

5:25 PM ~ Prayer/Pledge/Briefing

5:35 - 5:50 PM ~ They will arrive sometime in here but be prepared to be flexible....

Hope to see you there!!!

As always....bring your flags and be prepared to be self sufficient.  Right now the weather is forecasting for a slight (25%) chance of thunderstorms so you might want to bring your rain gear.
