Major Harvey Lee Stallings, Retired.
Major Stallings enlisted in the U.S. Navy and served his tour as a Seaman. He then enlisted in the USAF and worked his way through the ranks retiring as a Major after having served 30 plus years.
Date: Friday, June 20, 2008, Time to be announced.
Location: John H. Shaw III Funeral Home, 801 Market St., Lewisburg, PA 18737. Ph. 570 524-0320.
Following a short visitation, (Flag Line) we will escort to a nearby cemetery (TBA) and stand for a grave side service with full military honors. Dismissal immediately following.
More precise details to follow as they become available.

Keep in mind that our LORD and GOD has another hero to keep eternal viglance with. Mr Stallings is starting on his next life in the service of our FATHER. MISSION UPDATE Major Harvey Lee Stallings, Retired
Calling hours at the Funeral Home will be Friday, June 20, 1400 to 1500 hours with the grave side service at the Cemetery Chapel. The service will commence at 1515 hours and last approximately one hour with full military honors. The Major was a motorcycle enthusiast and rode a Harley up until eight years ago. The Patriot Guard Riders will have the distinct honor of transporting the Major’s remains to his final resting place. The cemetery is believed to be within walking distance for those in attendance. FINAL MISSION UPDATE
Due to the congested area and limited parking, the staging area has been changed to the Sheetz service station on Rt. 15, Lewisburg, PA. Staging time remains the same, 1330 hours. Friday's forcast: Slight chance of light rain showers. High 75F and low 55F. Winds light.
