WELCOME HOME:

JOSH ULRICH, U.S. ARMY

Joe & Lisa Ulrich, Proud Army Parents, and fellow PGR members would like to invite the AZ PGR to the welcome home party for their son, Josh.

Josh joined the Army (behind our backs) in October of 2006.  He left for boot camp at Ft. Knox in January of 2007.  After graduating from boot camp he went to Ft. Leonard Wood for his A.I.T. and then was stationed at Hunter Air Base in Georgia.  He was told immediately that he was headed for Iraq.  On July 8, 2007 he was on the plane to Iraq.  They told us that he would get on the job training and he was in good hands.  My wife was freaking out because he had barely got out of basic and had no training for Iraq.

Just a little personal background on Josh:  He will be 20 years old on June 10th and he graduated from Phoenix Christian High School.  He attended Thunderbird High School his freshman and sophomore year and was involved in the NJROTC those two years.  He was in color guard, drill team with arms, orienteering, air rifle team, and I can’t remember what else.  His passion for the military and our country has always amazed us.

Anyways, we would love to have Josh meet our new friends.

We are planning a huge bbq/swim party in our backyard and want you all to come!  The more the merrier.  We have a ½ acre lot in the back of our subdivision and would love to have you some of you drive right through the RV gate into the backyard and the others just park in front of the house.

DATE:   28 JUNE 08

STAGING:  Lowe’s parking lot off of Watson and I-10 in Buckeye.

TIME: Approximately 1545 Hours, 3:45 P.M.

RIDE CAPTAIN AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION TO BE POSTED AS IT IS FINALIZED.

Pat Eagan

AZ PGR State Captain
