UPDATE
The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited to participate in rendering final honors to Master Chief Petty Officer (E9) Clyde C. McLain, US Navy Retired. MCPO McLain served on active-duty until 1968, at which time he joined the Fleet Reserve retiring in 1970. He was a veteran of World War II, the Korean Conflict, and the Vietnam War, serving onboard ships in the Pacific Fleet.
Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, 16 June at the Covenant Presbyterian Church (4848 North Five Mile Road, Boise) at 1400. Following services, Master Chief McLain will be interred at the Dry Creek Cemetery (9600 Hill Road, Boise).
STAGING:
Boise Area Riders: 1145-1245 at the Albertson¢s parking lot (4700 North Eagle Road, Boise). From I-84, take Exit 46 north, travel approx three blocks (crossing E Franklin Road, E Fairview Avenue, and W Ustick Road). Albertson¢s will be on the east (right) side of the intersection just before North Eagle Road and West McMillian Road.
Mountain Home Area Riders: 1015-1045 at the Walmart parking lot (off of I-84, Exit 95).
Twin Falls Area Riders: 0845-0915 at the Flying J parking lot (off of I-84, Exit 173).
Due to the fact that all Treasure Valley area Ride Captains are out of town on business or otherwise obligated, and I am out of state on family business, specific details of this mission are still being gathered, and will be briefed at the staging area.
Interim Ride Captain Wes Steele has agreed to RC this mission. He can be reached at 208.888.6264 ( h ) or 208.340.4740 ( c ) or at wdsteele33@netscape.net. (Thank you, Wes, for stepping up and taking this on.....)
As mentioned, specific details of this mission will be briefed by Wes at the staging area.

This notice serves as an initial headsup for a confirmed Boise mission on Monday, 16 June for Master Chief Clyde C. McLain, US Navy (retired). Details are forthcoming, and final posting will be accomplished NLT Friday, 13 June.
Known at this time is that staging will be from 1145 to 1245 at the Albertson's store parking lot (4700 North Eagle Road) in Boise.
