Our sincere condolences to the family and friends of (Ret) CMSgt. Donald J. Kerckhoff,Thanks for being one of our heroes. God Bless. And God Bless, The fellow soldiers that stands for us everyday.Thank you for your dedicated service and sacrifice to defend this great nation of ours.

Final Inspection
The soldier stood and faced God,
Which must always come to pass.
He hoped his shoes were shining.

I've had to work most Sundays,
And at times my talk was tough.

| I would like to extend my deepest condolences to the family and friends of CMSgt (Ret) Donald J. Kerckhoff in this very sad time in your lives. My prayers are that our GOD may bring peace and comfort to all of you during this tragic time. Please know that not just me , but a country full of people like me owe you a debt that can never be repaid. We know that your loved one is now serving in the Army of our LORD in heaven, and the LORD said if I go to prepare a place for you, I will come again and recieve you unto myself that where I am there you may be also. I thank you for the sacrifice you and your family have endured so our nation can remain the home of the free because of the brave. We are all brothers and sisters in arms and we don't forget one of our own, rest in peace my comrade, your mission is complete and now it's time for you to rest. May GOD Bless each and everyone of you. |

The Family would like to thank everyone for thier Kind words.
We met the Family at the gate at Ft. Richardson around 12:40 PM and gave them the Plaque in which they deeply appreciated it. We ended their procession to the National Cemetery and started the flag line. The Memorial only lasted 20 minutes, in which the Family went to the plot where Donald's cremains would be put to rest.

Loss of People, Probably a pint of blood via the Mosquito's. I hope the family wasn't eaten alive!
