It's with a sad and heavy heart that I must post Tennessee has lost another Patriot Guard Member, Charles Jenkins, 55, of Chattanooga, TN.
 
The Funeral will be:
Lane Funeral Home
833 Chickamauga Avenue
Rossville, GA

Services will be from 11:00am to approx. 11:45am
*Please arrive at the funeral home at 10:00 am, to form a flag line for our Brother.*
 
The Internment will be:
Lakewood Memorial Gardens
325 Greenslake Road
Rossville, GA
We will leave the Funeral home between 11:45am and 12:00pm 
 
Ride Captain:  Pending
 
Please bring flags to stand for our Brother.

My condolences to the family and friends of PGR brother Charles Jenkins. Your service to the memory of the members our armed forces is to be comended. Although we never met, I am sure Charles was a great American.

I'm not saying a riot should be incited, but let us show our patriotism and pride in what we hold dear and let those that are offended be damned.

2 nights ago I RC'd a mission in Memphis. It was a military appreciation night at the Memphis Redbirds triple A baseball game. I told my riders that we had 2 riders not with us. Not because of any mileage problem, but that we lost them this past week. We as a group decided that we would ride, have fun doing this "feel good" mission and let the evening help us forget our losses. I am honored to be PGR with guys like Charles.

He rode with me all the way home to Jackson the other day, a 90 mile run one way. Charles was my PGR brother, known to me or not, I felt the loss of his death. I want his family to know, I gapped our flag line the other night so he and John (SmokeyMTsporty) would be with us. They were given the honor positions of number 2 and 3, behind the lead bike.
