_____________________________________________________________________________

Fellow Patriots, we lost another Hero.

MSG Harry Webster, Blackhawk Crew Chief, SCARNG

The Patriot Guard has been requested by the Family of Master Sergeant Harry Goodman Webster to stand in Honor of his life on Friday, 6Jun08. MSG Goodman was a long time Veteran and biker.

MSG Webster had ridden to Sturgis twice, and this year he was going to ride the Gulf Coast to California, up, then across to Sturgis with his best friend CW4 Miller, an AH-64 Apache Pilot. MSG Webster found out that he would not live long enough to make it the trip to Sturgis, so his final request was for CW4 Miller to carry his remains to the Grand Canyon. The Chief plans to do exactly that.

The memorial service for MSG Webster will be Friday, June 6, 2008, at 12 p.m. in the chapel of the McGrady Training Center, on Leesburg Road near Hwy 601 in Eastover, SC.

Map Link:  http://tinyurl.com/6x6jhk

MSG Webster, 65, of Eastover, died Saturday, May 31, 2008, at his residence. Born in Orangeburg, SC, he served over 39 years in Military service to our Country, serving in both the United States Air Force and the South Carolina National Guard. He was a member of the American Legion and ABATE, and enjoyed riding motorcycles, hunting, and fishing.

MSG Webster is survived by his wife, Terry Zommer-Webster of Eastover, SC; two sons, Mark Webster of Pelion, SC, and Kevin Webster of Williston, SC; a sister, JoAnne Osborne of West Columbia, SC; stepbrother, Dewey Wise of Charleston; stepsister, Donna W. Travoick, Spartanburg; six grandchildren, and one great-grandson.

Staging Areas and Times TBA.

Our sincere condolences to the family and friends of MSG Harry Webster Veteran. May God help you though this difficult time and sorrow. He is one of America's Heroes that will never be forgotten.

Rest Safely and Securely in God's Loving Arms, Harry.

Going home, going home,
I'm just going home.
Quiet-like, slip away-
I'll be going home.
It's not far, just close by;
Jesus is the Door;
Work all done, laid aside,
Fear and grief no more.
Friends are there, waiting now.
He is waiting, too.
See His smile! See His hand!
He will lead me through.

Morning Star lights the way;
Restless dream all done;
Shadows gone, break of day,
Life has just begun.
Every tear wiped away,
Pain and sickness gone;
Wide awake there with Him!
Peace goes on and on!
Going home, going home,
I'll be going home.
See the Light! See the Sun!
I'm just going home.
