FINAL ITINERARY

Randall K. Skaggs, 49, US Army

May 30, 2008

 

Ride Captain(s):  Don “Eagle” Massey; 214-505-2207 c; massey.don@sbcglobal.net

 

Burial ONLY:  Friday; May 30, 2008; 10:00 AM

 

            Staging:  09:30 AM, DFW National Cemetery in front of Shelter B on Patriot Avenue.  Flag line in place as soon as previous service has cleared the shelter. 

 

This will be a one part mission to honor this American veteran who served nine years with the US Army.

 

It is recommended that you use Spur 408/Kiest Blvd. to the cemetery as Mountain Creek Pkwy. has been closed on occasion and does not allow access to DFW National Cemetery.

Weather:  Mostly sunny, high of 92.  Stay hydrated. 

Iron Horses if you can, flag bikes will be utilized, cages are always welcome and appreciated. The Support Truck with flags and water will be there.

Please remember that our mission is to stand tall, silent, with honor and respect for this fallen Solider and his family.

I wish to express my profound condolences to family and friends of Randall Skaggs.

I offer my thanks for the true character that is embodied in this American soldier. May your sorrow be tempered by the fact that we are honoring a true hero who answered the call to serve his country and dedicate a precious segment of his life to freedom.

In your difficult times be mindful that Randall has left a mark on our world and in our hearts.
