| To All: As a friend of Eddy's, I want to say THANK YOU from all of us who knew him well. He was truly a spectacular friend, A TRUE man of God, a wonderful husband and father. One of the last times I saw Eddie was when my son was still a baby. He was in Albany and we were still in Escondido, CA. He decided my 6 month old was ready for a BBQ sparerib. To this day, (4 years later) ribs are still my son's favorite meat.
Eddie helped my wife when she was single find a really good dog to keep her safe at night. He always helped people in need. He had a generous heart and we truly miss him.
God Bless You Eddy. May you soar as an Angel sitting at His right hand as you did here on Earth! We love you! |

GSGT Neal,
Thank you for your willingness to defend the United States of America and her freedoms and interests. Your untimely death brings much sorrow and sadness to the hearts and lives of your family, friends, military brothers and sisters, each and every member of the Patriot Guard Riders, and all who truly appreciate their freedom. We are proud of your service and dedication in that which you believed in and fought for. Your mission is complete. You are truly an American hero and the world in which we live is a safer place because of your commitment to freedom. We will now proudly stand for you with honor, dignity, and respect. We pray that you will now rest peacefully in the arms of God. May He provide peace, comfort, and understanding to each life you touched.

It looked like rain today, but fortunately we made it through the services for GySgt Neal with no rain. We had a great turnout today, we had 31 PGR riders from East & West Georgia , Alabama & Florida come to honor our Hero Gunnery Sergeant Edward Neal. We had a flag line at the church for the arrival of GySgt Neal, and subsequently his family, we can not say thanks enough to the staff & members of Rhema Word International Church, they welcomed us with open and arms and treated us like family. We had another flag line at Crown Hill Cemetery for the graveside services, another thanks to all the gentlemen at Kimbrell-Stern Mortuary.
It was an AWESOME sight to see the 50+Ruff Ryders ride into the church and cemetery to show their respects to their fellow rider GySgt Neal, thank you for allowing us to stand with you
Special Thanks to 1st Sgt Kirby, not only a fellow Marine but a friend of GySgt Neal, he was my right-hand Marine in talking with the family, and getting the details worked out. To the family of GySgt Neal, thank you for allowing us to honor our Hero, you are in our thoughts and prayers. |
