My deepest apologies for not attending today's Mission of Honor for another American Veteran.  Unfortunately, health issues dictated otherwise.

My sincere thanks goes out to Dwayne Wissinger, OH PGR member, for notifying us of Larry's passing and providing the information necessary to allow our involvement.  Additional thanks goes to PA PGR member Bill Garrett and to WV RC Jack Kalmar for their traveling considerable distances today.

Special thank you to WV ASC Ron Jones for going above and beyond the call to stand in Honor and Respect of Larry and his family.

   My deepest gratitude to all.

Rest in honored peace Larry.  Your battle is now over.  God Speed sir.
Respects,
Joe

Thanks Jayhill for the posting of pictures. I had spoken to Larry about PGR in the past and what we do since Larry had heard me speak about our support for the Families. Deloris and Family have valueble memories with Larry they shared with me. As a Friend to Larry & Deloris and Family and a PGR member , the Family was proud of our presents. Thanks Brothers and Sisters for making this possible for the Barlow Family. I was told last night Larry's presents may not be there but His Spirit will always be remembered in thier Hearts.

Thank You to the Barlow Family for allowing our presents.
