The PGR has been requested to stand in Honor and Respect of Larry J. Barlow, U.S. Army Veteran. Larry passed away, suddenly, on 2 May 08 at his home in Akron, OH.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, 6 May 08, at the Field Funeral Home, Rt 2 Box 324, Masontown, WV 26542 (http://tinyurl.com/5j6tnu) beginning at 1100, with interment to follow in the St. Joseph Catholic Church Cemetery.
Currently there is no RC assignment for this mission, however, Ohio PGR member Dwayne Wissinger will be in attendance and will make the plaque presentation if no RC can be found.
Given the extreme short notice of this Mission of Honor, any who are able to attend are requested to muster at the funeral home NLT 1030 tomorrow (Tuesday) to establish a flag line prior to the services.
I sincerely apologize for the late notice of this but word was just received this morning and confirmation was not obtained until this afternoon. Any and all who are willing/able to stand to show our Honor and Respect for another American Veteran would be appreciated.

May your family take comfort in knowing that you continue to watch over them from your place among the Angels. May they find healing in God's mercy during this most difficult time.

I would like to express my sincere condolences on the passing of Larry Barlow. I would also like to say a sincere thank you to Mr. Barlow, for his service to our country. I appreciate the sacrifice of not only himself, but his family at the time he was in the Army. Patriots such as Larry are what allow us as Americans to enjoy the freedoms that we currently enjoy. Regardless of what a vocal minority might say, we owe a debt of gratitude to Larry.
May you rest in peace, and may your family be comforted at this time of loss.

After last minute work juggling, I made the ride to Mr. Barlow's services where I assumed RC duties.
Thank you for all who attended today under such short notice. Your dedication and attendance was well noted by the family. Hope all arived home safe, as a few had quite a distance to travel.
Dwayne, thank you for taking point on this important mission and getting the ball rolling.
Thank you to the Field Funeral home for working with us. You made our task easier by your efforts. Thank you.
Larry, rest, our brother. You have a very loving family that will always have you in their hearts. God bless you, sir.
