Cherie served to give us the freedom we now enjoy so much and for that she is one of the GREAT AMERICAN HEROS of the land. God bless your family and friends. Wish I could have shaken her hand and told her thank you myself. God tells us that “Greater love hath no man than this that a man lay down his life for his friends.” (John 15:13) As Christ our Lord laid down His life for us that believe in Him for salvation, so your love one has laid down her life for us for our freedom. This act has made her a Super Hero in my heart and I thank-you deeply for this sacrifice made for our freedoms. I served in the Naval Security Group in Misawa Japan during the Viet Nam war and know her service was important to the freedom of this fine country and the safety of all service members in harm's way at this time. I am a Blue Star parent and appreciate the work she was doing and how it could protect and save not only my son who is soon headed back to Iraq for his second tour of duty but all our fine sons, daughters, husbands, wives, etc defending the freedoms we so love and enjoy.
