As we often say they will not be forgotten. I remember the mission for Brian Botello very well.
We had several Brothers & Sisters from other states there with us that day. We even had a ride captain and his wife from Texas with us that day.

To the family of Brian, I regret that I will not be able to attend this memorial. But I want you to know that we still remember the name Brian Botello as one of our hero’s.

Words seem to always fall short of the ultimate sacrifice that some of our soldiers and their families have been called upon to make. My prayers will be with the family and community during this special day of rememberance. We will never forget the sacrifice that SPC Brian Botello has made for our freedom and for freedom around the world.

Brian will always be an American hero and there will never be enough "thank you's" to repay the debt we owe him.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his family as they remember Brian and their love for him.

It doesn't seem like a year since we honored this brave young soldier. I pray that during this year your pain has tempered and you have had many special times to remember and celebrate Brian's life. May God touch those who loved him in a special way as we honor him anew. I rode a year ago and am standing by to ride again.
