Dennis Twomey, Greenbay, WI April 5, 2008
Dennis ‘Snake’ Twomey, 40, Green Bay, died unexpectedly Sunday evening at a local hospital. Born in Lake Forest, IL on June 20, 1967 he is the son of Robert and the late Lieselotte (Willing) Twomey. Dennis was an eagle scout and a 1985 graduate of Grant High School in Fox Lake, IL. He served in the U.S. Navy 1985-1989 on the U.S.S. Kitty Hawk. Dennis was a member of the Amvets. He was a motorcycle enthusiast who enjoyed camping, the outdoors, and gardening

Dennis served to give us the freedom we now enjoy so much and for that he is one of the GREAT AMERICAN HEROS of the land. God bless your family and friends. Dennis "Snake" Twomey earned my respect and gratitude when he volunteered to serve our country. His efforts to make the world a safer place will be remembered with honor and appreciation by this American family.
