Deltoid: A great staging area will be the Kmart in Canton GA. It is about 3 miles SE of the cemitary on GA 20.

You can take I575 to exit 16A. You will come to a red light in a third of a mile. Go through the red light and up the hill into Kmart's parking lot.

Take a left out of Kmart and the Cemitary is about 3 miles up the road on the right just after you cross Knox bridge (Lake Allatuna).

GA roadcaptain--

Would it be possible for you to send off a forward scout when you get on at exit 51 of I-85? He would make the exit at 61, up the ramp straight across GA-74 and back down the entrance ramp onto I-85. Then us riders joining up at exit 61 won't have to wait along the interstate for you. Just a thought (we have done it before and it simplifies things)

:::::FINAL EVENT UPDATE:::::

Looking forward to a great event!!!

1200 hrs staging time at Krogers at 575 and exit 14. 1245 hrs KSU. 11 mile ride to National Cemetary. 1.5 hr ceremony with meet and greet following. Food and drinks on site following. We will ride in as a group and hopefully out as well.

I posted this in the SE forum as well but since it's getting pretty large I feared it getting lost and I really need an answer to this. Thanks.

I have a question. Is this dedication cermony open to the public?
The reason I ask is my wife and daughter want to attend and I'm not sure where to send them. To the Cemetery or to the Kroger staging area and follow us in a cage.
I have looked for info about this and can't find anything. Can someone help me out?
