Sorry about that last post, not sure what happened there.  Bike is a black and silver Boulevard with flag and eagle flames on the tank, will also have the 3x5 flag mounted.  Will also have on my customary eagle shirt that says "United We Stand  USA".  Will also probably have a cigar, I always smoke one for each mission.

Ready to serve, honor and protect Lance Cpl Justin Sims and his family

Double check your maps. I believe when exiting from I 275 at #79 you want to travel NORTH to the staging area.

See you all Saturday. God Bless ! ! !

Well well, as it turns out the black bears found out I was coming down to the Smokies and did a rain dance of sorts , so.....................Onion is coming down to Covington for this mission. As always I look forward to seeing you all.

To my squad, I will probably meet you all there, my direction towards Covington from Story would be out of my way to hook up with you. I just hope the Honda 70 makes it...LOL...

So just curious with Big Daddy's post. When we get off of I 275......coming from the west and heading east.....do we turn left or right off of the exit or is it  a no brainer when you get off the exit?

DNR try to hook up with the others if you can at Greenwood or Red's Corner if you know where that's that.

That should be the exit just South of where the Greenwood group will be coming out at (Fairland Road Exit) to I 74. There is also a Mickey D's at exit 113 as well as a Cracker Barrel.

Ride plans from Indianapolis/Greenwood, Ind.   Myself, Vennem, bro-in-law (Baseman) and his son will leave Greenwood NLT 0700, meet up with Cowgirl and any others NLT 0715 @ Reds Corner.  Entering I74 @ mile marker 109 about 0725 and will be at mile marker 113 NLT 0730 joining up with DNR, InfidelJim, Albruner and possibly Wildflwr at either spot. (let us know where to look)   From there, its on to Batesville mile marker 149 on I74 to join with Against the wind and any others there and top off the tanks.  Batesville is about an hour from Greenwood and an hour to staging area from there.   We should arrive at destination about 0930 or so.  Questions, comments, ideas or just want to touch base email me @ jnbastin@insightbb.com or give me a call @ 317-887-0841.  Be prepared for earlier checkpoints if possible to give us that fudge factor along the way.

Myself and ChromedKitty (Kitty) will be leaving Corydon no later than 0730, be heading out I-64 to I-71 in Louisville, shouldn't have to stop for fuel for about 100 miles, if anyone is taking that route and wants to fall in with us you're more than welcome.  As of right now I don't have any plans to stop unless needed for fuel but if we meet up while rolling than we can roll along together.  I'm thinking fuel somewhere around Carrolton, if anyone is going to be in the area we'd be proud to ride with ya.

Va and Onion, I WILL find you at the staging area, save me a slot if you get there before me.

EVERYONE.....ride safe, ride proud.

It is not a no brainer because you can not see Krogers from there.

From I275 east -- You will be turning left (north) once on the exit ramp.  This road goes down a hill into Latonia and Krogers will be on your left just a few hundred feet after hitting the bottom of the hill.  Pass 2 traffic lights at the bottom of the hill very close together and then look left for Krogers

VARider - you asked which spot we'd be in... Should be exit 109, pulled off somewhere to catch you on your way onto I-74. We could be there as early as 0700, but at least before your 0725 mark.

Maverick - we'll watch for you off the 109 exit, on the Greenwood side.
