We left out of Hawks Prairie Inn round 1000 a.m. and headed for Fort Lewis to pick up the coach with SPC Jerome Potter, and the family. We arrived with around 33 bikes and were joined by about another 5 more. The flight arrived early,so once again,we had to overcome unsuspected obstacles, like getting everyone mounted and off for the cemeteryin about 5 min. We held back 5 bikes for the missing man,and 10 more for the rear of the escort. We had no escort for this mission except the PGR. The escort took about 25 min. of travel North on I-5 to 84th down to South Tacoma Way to Steilacoom Blvd.,and then to Mt View Cemetery. We arrived to an outstanding looking flag line, made up of about 28 members. After our arrival we assisted with the the placing of the casket on the gourney to be wheeled into the viewing room. After the PGR had rendered honors,we stood down, and had our brief of the mission. after which the mother of SPC Potter came out and gave every member a hug and a big thank you.We also received a thank you from the director of the mission. After all this was done, the PGR presented the COA SFC Hembree with a state challenge, and we thanked him for his service. We then mounted up and headed out our seperate ways, awaiting the next upcoming mission. Cowboy
