Our sincere condolences to the family and friends of Vietnam Veteran MSgt (R) Bruce Sanders of Merlin. May God help you though this difficult time and sorrow. He is one of America's Heroes that will never be forgotten.

Rest Safely and Securely in God's Loving Arms, Bruce.

Going home, going home,
I'm just going home.
Quiet-like, slip away-
I'll be going home.
It's not far, just close by;
Jesus is the Door;
Work all done, laid aside,
Fear and grief no more.
Friends are there, waiting now.
He is waiting, too.
See His smile! See His hand!
He will lead me through.

Only two defining forces have ever offered to die for you: 1. Jesus Christ. 2. The American G.I. One died for your soul, the other for your Freedom.

Is anyone around the Portland/Beaverton area planning on attending this mission? We would need to KSU around 4 AM for the 4 hour ride, but the weather looks promising. Please let me know, as I am undecided at this time.

To the family and friends of MSgt Bruce Sanders: Thank you seems inadequate to convey our gratitude for MSgt Sanders's service to our country. We are free ONLY because of heroes like him! May God grant you peace at this sorrowful time.

A Soldier's Prayer
(author unknown)

Do not stand at my grave and weep
I am not there; I do not sleep.

I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glints on snow,
I am the sun on ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn rain.

When you awaken in the morning's hush
I am the swift uplifting rush of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.

Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am not there; I did not die.
