I am sorry there is no words to describe how another fine Soldier is lost whom served in Alaska. He will not be forgotten!

This is a message from our Alaskan Gov. Palin.

“Our state is affected deeply by the loss of these brave soldiers,” said Governor Palin. “Todd and I extend our deepest sympathies to their families and friends. These fine men risked their lives to protect our freedom and they will stay in our hearts forever.”

“The PJCC is a coordination center where local Iraqi officials, Iraqi security forces and Coalition forces stationed within the center meet to address the security needs of the population,” said Brig. Gen. Vincent K. Brooks, Deputy Commander for Multi-National Division - Baghdad. “A meeting was taking place at the time of the attack to ensure the security of Shiite pilgrims participating in the Ashura commemorations.”

“The attack on the Karbala Provincial Joint Coordination Center was aimed at Coalition and Iraqi Security Forces working together toward a better future for the citizens of Karbala,” said Lt. Col. Scott R. Bleichwehl, spokesman for Multi-National Division - Baghdad. The paratroopers who died are:

• Specialist Toby R. Olsen, 28, an infantryman from Manchester, New Hampshire, who joined the Army in June 2004 and was assigned to Alaska in April 2005.

Governor Palin will send each family a letter of condolence and a state flag that has flown over the Capitol to honor their service and

"Standing for what you believe in, doesn't constitute anything other then you are strong."

Those who believe in censorship, should first censor themselves from the public.

SPC Toby Olsen services, I am still waiting on the CAO and/or the Family to call me. I called National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific(Punchbowl) again. The service is this Friday and no other information given out. If there is a mission, it will be short fuse. PS SPC Toby Olsen arrived Sunday in Hawaii, and the CAO is a full bird.

A Soldier's Prayer
(author unknown)

Do not stand at my grave and weep
I am not there; I do not sleep.

I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glints on snow,
I am the sun on ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn rain.

When you awaken in the morning's hush
I am the swift uplifting rush of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.

Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am not there; I did not die.

Mission Completed- CPL Toby Olsen. of Oahu Hawaii
We had a mix of new riders and seasoned riders 15 total. The family was not expecting such an impressive show of patriotism and support. We immediately dismounted and lined up. The plaque was present to the father and mother after military awards. The Father and Mother are very thankful. The appreciation was overwhelming. Thank you all for your patience and support, job well done PGR Hawaii.

Here is a letter from a friend of the mother of Toby Olsen.

I am writing this note from Heidelberg Germany, My dear friend and colleague Lis Olsen is burying her beloved son Toby Olsen at Punchbowl in a few minutes.

Lis and I have the privilege of supporting military members and their families living overseas in our job, Lis has done many briefings for deployment related missions, but briefings don't prepare a loving mother for this action.

I have been staying up tonight to keep a connection going for her, and I was so happy to read via your website that a group of your team would be supporting the Olsen family and friends on this day.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

If you would please pass on my heartfelt thanks to other member of your Riding team, I would be very grateful.

Kindest regards,
Jan Allison
