There are not many men in this USA that could fill his shoes/boots. Men like him keep our country free and never complain. Job well done now rest in peace at the right hand of the father. My God Bless you and your family. America is proud of you and everything you stood for.

My prayers are with the family of Michael. In the world of Soldiers' Angels we adopt soldiers, send them packages, talk to them on Yahoo IM etc., whatever we can do to help them during their deployment and the difficult times they face. We call them "our officials." Maj. Michael Mundell was MY OFFICIAL, he was a wonderful person and a great dad. He was 47 years old and close to my age...(Which I am not disclosing) I would tease him about being 47 and still playing soldier. He got a kick out of that etc., he had a great sense of humor, loved his children and loved being a soldier. I will miss talking to him on IM and my heart aches. As you ride this mission for him, please say a prayer there at the service for me!! Tell him Good Bye for me and that God is receiving a great Soldier and a great human being!

I am in Kansas City and can not make it to KY for the service.

Thank you

It was my honor to stand and pay tribute to this fallen hero today.
We as a nation owe him and his family a debt that can never be repaid.

Ezekiel 25:17: The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the Valley of Darkness; for he is truly his brother's keeper, and the finder of lost children.

Whatever I do will be insignificant, but it is very important that I do it. (Gandhi)

Great in spite of rain.
We had 6 members show up.
3 from Indiana. Thank you.
3 from Kentucky. Thank you.
We had 1 new member that was there.

The staging will be in parking lot across street from the funeral home at 10:00 am EST.
Family will arrive at 11:00.
There is a change in plans.
You will find out tomorrow.
I will have the 50 flags there.
I am going to park at the end of the street so you know where to turn.
The road sign is hard to read.
Hope to see alot of you there.
CMA is doing something special down the street at the Ford Dealers.

To the family and friends of Maj. Michael L. Mundell ; God has another great man at his side now. Let the sorrows turn to joy for his journey has ended . It was my honor to stand with PGR for this man . I would like to thank all of you for the help you gave me with daughter Sarah today. She knew why we were there today and you helped her see how right it is to do what you do. She grew up a lot today. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

and our most gifted and brilliant to edit newspapers! In fact, I
discovered by reading newspapers that these editor/geniuses plainly
saw all my strategic defects from the start, yet failed to inform me

Accordingly, I'm readily willing to yield my command to these
obviously superior intellects, and I'll, in turn, do my best for the
cause by writing editorials - after the fact."
