| Am planning on being there (likely in the cage with the weather forecast the way it is at this time) but if the weather is bad enough, I may end up having to work! It will be good to attend the welcome home after having the mission we have scheduled for Saturday. Hope to see a good turnout both days! |

In this day and time, in a war like no other we ever prepared for. Once is not enough.... I'm not the man I once was, though I am the man ONCE that I ever was. My mind and heart says I am still the grunt warrior of the 60's. And that I am very capable of protecting my family. But my body says thank you for doing what I am no longer confident I can do.
I hope that all of you serving America in the uniform of our armed force, are aware of how much Love, Support and Faith we in the Patriot Guard have for and in you.

| Folks in light of the conditions here in the Tulsa area I would suggest that this Mission be scrubed for Safety Reasons. The side roads are in terrible shape and as of right now at 12:25 we are getting more freezing rain and sleet, with more expected for the next few hours. I expect the airport to close or cancell flights very soon. It one of the hardest things for me to do. I've tried to contact the Deputy Sheriff that ask us to be there but I can't even get ahold of him. If you still want to do this, please be my guest but be very, very careful. |

MstSgt Tayne please know that we would all be there were it not for Mother Nature throwing us a curve ball. We do greatly appreciate your service to our country and community. Welcome home Sir, welcome home! |
