I can't make it tomorrow. I want to because he is from the town I grew up in. So I went to the funeral home this evening and stood by the door for an hour. Friends and families have told me that "Bryan loved his Harley". I sure wish I could be there for MY hometown Hero.

I forgot to mention that I was talking to a USMC Sgt. and he stated that the protestors will be there. Remember to ignore than because they don't exist.

I am going to this staging area, bumming some flags from Kroozer, and then going to the other mission nearby. If anyone has questions or need to talk to me my cell is 989-576-0913. Be safe!!!

Once again, I was afforded the priviledge of honoring another hero that I did not know. The earlier posts from those that DID know Bryan, only magnify the sadness that I did not. He sounded like a great guy. He was certainly a great American. Thanks to the family, for allowing me to be present during such a devastating time for them. Rest easy, Bryan.  Hopefully, we can ride together someday.

Thank you PGR members one and all for honoring Sgt. Burgess yesterday. Once again you made us proud to be Americans honoring an American Hero. I wish you all could have met Bryan's mother. She is a very gracious lady. She was very, very appreciative that you were there to honor, Bryan, her only child. We also had the honor or meeting Mr. Burgess and I do mean honor.

As an FYI. Reporters and photographers from the Free Press spent the week with the Burgess famly and will be doing a very intimate report on Bryan's death and how it impacted his family. Watch the paper in coming days. It sounds like it will be a series of articles. Let us hope the real story is told and for a change people "get it."

Thank you so much. What you do makes a difference. God Bless You!!
