Hi Everyone, looks like a good size group. As far as Topsham goes Kaye is going to be there waiting, and is working on recruiting more people,If Dan and Lisa would like me and Swaybar usually stage from Rockland High School.

Swaybar is undetermined at this point and time,he wants to go ,conflict with schedule and he's trying to change.I will be talking to him today.

Dusty dogg and his girlfriend who has been with him the whole trip are stopping at his mothers house in Mass. sometime Saturdy and are spending the nite there. Hopefully then we will get a time. I started calling people on the membership list and got a good response , some in car's others on bikes, perhaps make a call or two and see what success you might have .

Cruizer as usual thank you your LORDSHIP and thank Lynn,my group from Rockland will most appreciate the hospitality,uh I mean coffee.

Eveyone please be patient and watch the thread, time will be posted at anytime by whoever gets the info first, lets make this a fun day....Pushboats

P.S. the truck stop in Kennebeck with the Burger King Might be better than Portland as I have not heard from anyone out that way...

Meeting at the Kennebunk rest stop is perfect for me and my wife, we wouldn't
have to get on and off the highway in Portland. So whenever the time is determined
we will meet the group at the rest stop in Kennebunk.

Hi Mike, Glad to hear you'll be able to join the mission. I'll plan to meet you and Joe at the CC and escort you to my home which is not very far from the CC. Actually, you and Joe could park your vehicles at my home if you wanted to. Lets see if we get more folks from our area wishing to meet at the CC. If not, I'll give you and Joe directions to my place.....or, I can meet you at the CC....whatever. I'm easy.

Don, I would prefer if you met me at the CC. I would rather not be trying to find some place I have never been to towing a trailer.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that Swaybar will be able to join us, but I know he is committed to his team. All we can do is hope he can tweek his schedule.

Lordship.....??? Holy Moly John. I'm just an everyday, go to work kind of guy. I'm just one of you and we all do what we can. In this case, I can at least provide you east coast riders with something warm to drink once you get to Augusta. You're probably gonna need it. Potty break too might come in handy eh?

Now what type of coffee should I get? Swiss Cocoa Mocha, or Cinnamon Hazelnut Swirl? ROTFLMAO

How bout some good ole Dunkin Donut coffee? Yeh! That sounds good......and something to go along with it would be good too.

Okie Dokie. I'll be waiting at the Topsham Mall. To clarify the Topsham meeting point is it the McDs lot or the Hannafords lot?

also any one taking their flags?

I think the Mc Donald 's at the Topsham Fair Mall is a good spot to meet , that way if anyone wants or needs food , drink or potty , they can get or do it there . So if that's okay with everyone it's what I'll pass on . No sure of exact numbers but looking at 12 maybe more . Waiting for return e-mails and will also see some of riders tonight . I'll keep trying to get a better head count , now that we have times it will be easier.
Looking forward to seeing you all .

Hey Don, I didn't realize what I was thinking. Dan and I are going to ride straight to Topsham from our house in Rockland; its only an hour up Rt 1. If it was going to be a warmer day, we'd ride to your house (extra hour) but we need to preserve as much body temp as we can LOL I think my Sporty will be warmed up by the time we get to Topsham ROFL He's a cold blooded beast. LOL

I hope you understand. Perhaps we can meet up for coffee another time. Thanks for inviting us though.
Also wanted to remind our riders to make sure you bring both, sunglasses and night goggles/glasses. It gets dark sooner. Some of us might be riding at dusk or even dark depending on how far home is.

No, only kidding.

No problem Lisa.  Makes perfect sense to me.  Will you and Dan be waiting for Swaybar?  We'll wait for you all in Topsham.  What a great crew we're gathering eh?  Dress warm.  Ride safe.

Greetings Lords and Ladies of the Rhealm of the Great State of Maine who goeth forth on two wheels or four ---

I am getting a very slow start today for the final push of the move so am doubtful that I will be able to make it tomorrow. It does provide good motivation to get things done so maybe a miracle will happen.

If I can get away, I will plan on meeting you all at Topsham as that will give me a couple more hours in the morning to get going. If I am not there by the appointed time, off with my head......uh, I mean.... go ahead without me. I will be thinking of you all and wishing a safe ride and warm places to stop.

Take care,
Laurel
