Welcome home ride for marine corporal in Galva, Ks.
Joshua's birthday is today (10/27/06).  Family is having a birthday /
welcome home party at his parent's house on Saturday (10/28/06) in
Galva.
Rider welcome home during his birthday party will be a complete surprise
to Joshua.

Ride Captain for this will be Don Behrens - McPherson ALR

ITINERARY:

1645hrs (4:45pm) - Riders from South, West, and North of McPherson stage
at E. Conoco station (now Midway Oil) on US56.  AIS @ 1700hrs (5:00pm)
for Galva.
1715hrs (5:15pm) - Parking area (open lot) on S. side of US56 on West
side of Galva.  Look for other bikes in staging area.  Flags on bikes.
Welcome home flag available for signing.
1740hrs (5:40pm) - Depart for welcome home at 406 Lynn Ave. in Galva.


Soldier Info:

Cpl. Joshua John Edgar - USMC - helicopter mechanic for the 361st Flying
Tigers.
             Just back from his 2nd - 7 month tour in Iraq supporting
Operation Freedom.
             Joshua is only home for a very short time before returning
to his station at Miramar, Ca.
             The proud parents are Chris and Donna Edgar of Galva.
             This young marine has been through a lot of personal
hardships during his military service and deserves all the support we
can give.

This is very short notice but still hope to have a good turnout for this
event.
