To the family of PO2 Komppa.
What words could possibly help during a time like this…
When we know not what we should pray for as we ought, the Spirit maketh intercessions for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. Romans 8:26
So let not your heart be troubled, for your loved one has gone to the place which Jesus has prepared.
Stand down soldier, your mission here is complete.

==============================

When a mans heart is full of deceit it burns up, dies and a dark shadow falls over his soul. From the ashes of a once great man has risen a curse, a wrong that must be righted. We look to the skies for a vindicator, someone to strike fear into the black hearts of the same men who created him. The battle between good and evil has begun. Against an army of shadows comes the Dark Warrior, the purveyor of good, with a voice of silence and a mission of justice. - Steve "Sting" Borden

It is with a heavy heart that I pass on these condolences to you and your family. I know that these words won’t bring your loved one back, but be assured, they will not be forgotten. Our brothers & sisters-at-arms will continue the good fight until we bring all our people home. My prayers are with you during this time of loss.

In the early morning hours of Saturday November 4, 2006 with temperatures hovering around 40 degrees PGR of Montana started to assemble at the Beartooth Harley-Davidson dealership in Billings for the 50 mile ride to Absarokee.  By 0730 we had around 45 riders assembled and ready to go.  We were almost a mile long on the freeway including a few cages and support vehicles.  Upon arrival at Absarokee we formed up on the main street of town in front of the church where PO2 Komppa’s services were to be held.  The wife of PO2 Komppa was relieved to know PGR was standing in respect and on guard for uninvited visitors.  We stood guard in the wind, cold and never faltered in our mission.  At the end of the services PGR was asked to ride directly behind the Hurst in front of the family for the 2 mile ride to the final resting place of PO2 Komppa.  We rode with Respect, flags flying in the light wind.  We formed up at the grave side services forming a wall of flags and Patriot Guard Riders ever vigilant and on watch for any sign of unwanted visitors.  We are pleased to report there were no unwanted visitors, but rest assured, PGR was on watch.

I wish to thank Beartooth Harley-Davidson dealership for there hospitality in the early morning hours providing hot coffee and a place to get out of the cold.  I also wish to commend the town of Absarokee for there hospitality and show of respect for PO2 Komppa.
