Larry,
As I said in another thread, I COMPLETELY understand. I am so torn right now. An honor mission for an American Hero or an event to honor our heroes - past and present - and raise awareness for our organization and our cause. My heart is very heavy right now.

Ride safe, Brother.

Bill, I will take care of Jacksonville. Your leadership is needed in Savannah. I know everyone will be with this fallen hero, his Wife, family, friends and his command in spirit.  I too knew this was going to happen, and had pretty much set my mind on where I would be if it did. In a way these are both honor missions. One to honor all those that have served and to say thanks to. They don't hear thanks often enough, and some have never heard it.  And one to honor and say thanks to a hero who also served, but paid the supreme price while doing so. Both groups will be honored on the 11th month, the 11th day and at the 11th hour.

Got back to my son's house in Guyton.  We changed the spark plugs as yall suggested.  Three of the old ones were really bad.  My son said I need to get someone to look at carburator as it looks dirty also.  Will be trying to ride it on home today.  Gotta go to flea market first.
The parade was great, but "Red" does not like slow rolls or parades, so that may have been my first and last parade.  What a remarkable day.  Thanks for letting me be a part of it.  Thanks for welcoming Sandy back home.  And thanks for being nice to my baby daughter.   She's just like me isn't she?
