Riders,

We have been notified of the death of a Patriot Guard Rider from the Topeka area.

Ira Farr, 23, died 16 Oct 06. Ira attended two Mission Rides in Topeka that I know of: SGT Dominic Sacco and MSG Bernard Deghand. According to his family, he was very proud of his participation in the Missions he made.

Ira's father, Tim Farr, requested the presence of the Patriot Guard Riders at Ira's funeral on Saturday, 21 Oct 06 at 1300. I extend that invitation to the Kansas Patriot Guard and ALR. Funeral is located at Penwell-Gebel Funeral Home, 1321 SW 10th St. in Topeka. Interment at Carbondale Cemetery.

Any Riders attending, please meet at Penwell-Gabel no later than 1230.

Topeka area Patriot Guard Riders are encouraged to show support for one of our own. Thank you
