To the friends and family of CPO Westover, I regret that work prevents me from being present to honor this Hero, but be assured that I am there in Spirit, and will be honoring him in my thoughts..May your grieving period be short, I hope you can soon remember the pleasures of his life with Joy instead of the saddness you feel now.
