I also would like to say welcome home to our returning Marines (something that was never said to me and mine from Vietnam.)  Its great that we can all get together and welcome them home in PGR style.

It looks like Thursday right now I don.t have very many details as yet but I am planing a stageing area in Topsham, by the base at Hannafords parking lot, between 10am and 1:00pm, more to follow as soon as I know.

Well, whatever day it is, I will be there unless something unforeseeable happens to keep me from this event.

Now all I have to do is a geography lesson.  Being new to the Rockland area, I need to see if the escort to Peru is doable for me.

Good Morning,

I just forward on to Bob the final information and he will be getting it posted. The escort fromt he border has been cancelled due to the LEO bring them in are going to be taveling about 70-75, and they don't want to have to worry about us traveling at that speed so I have spoke to our contact and we will be doing a large welcome in Topsham and the escort to Peru is going to be a welcome event at a later date. The twins want to just get home and spend time with there family. Which is understanding. So watch for details from Bob (Falcon69) for staging. See you all Thurs.

Welcome home!  Thanks for your service and dedication to our country and the principles that make it strong.  It takes a special type of person to do what you do where as other people will simply sit around and complain about things.  I for one am grateful for your courage in fighting an enemy on their soil and not ours.  Many thanks for allowing me the opportunity to ride my bike down "Main Street America" without the fear of getting my butt blown away!  I truly appreciate all that you have done.  Hope you all find peace and comfort within yourselves now that you are back home safe and sound.  See you on Thursday!

Well, as it stands now, I will be meeting up with John in Rockland and riding down with him to meet you all at Hannaford in Topsham.  After the Homecoming welcoming, I need to continue my trip down to Portland to take care of some business.

Dress warm kids!   It feels like snow! ROFL

P.S.  Do you know how many people (non motorcyclists) say I'm NUTS for riding in the cold?? LOL  I told them wittingly that I was looking for a small plow to put in front of me small harley   I guess they just plain DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY we ride these rides.
