| Being this is my first ride with the PGR could someone give a little info... I do have a 3 x 5 AMERICAN flag I will be bringing with me and 4 or 5 little stick flags incase there are a few kids that need something to wave... is there anything else I should bring? And the party at 1700 can I have some info on this (money... need to bring something... )? Also just for the riders or Captians to know, I am an EMT and do carry a basic first aid kit with me, hopefuly we will never need it but just incase or even if someone has a headache I hope I can help out. |

Just a heads up it was brought to my attention by a customer and PGR memeber that the Clinton Herald ran a article on the event in last nights paper about the welcome celebration at the MOOSE.
They did not mention the rally point in Camanche.... Hopefuly this will help bring out some folks from the area to help us out! |

Welcome Home Seebees!!!
Wish I could be there to welcome them home in person, but due to a prior committment, I won't be able to attend.
I will be there in spirit.
My brother is active Navy, and I hold a special place in my heart for the Navy.
Thank you for your service.

Dave and everyone else. If you have flags available, please bring them. A communication error on my part means that our inventory of flags will not be available. We'll make due with what we can come up with.
Sorry for the confusion. |

If anyone goes to lunch with nailer.... He finds the FRESHEST buffets around :) you have been warned I've seen Nailer eat. It's not pretty! I will NOT go to a buffet with him. How are we standing on Flags? There has been mention of a few individual Flags and some smaller Flags available. Do we have any of our large flags available?
Now I'm hurt....Is a buffet supposed to be still warm and fresh all at the same time?????? What ever happened to beans and wienies in a little green can???

MISSION COMPLETE: We had a great showing today. 16 bikes, the QCLEOM vehicle, a couple PGR cages, two LEO's and a whole slew of NMCB-25 cages. The flag line at the Moose looked fantastic, and as I circulated the returnees and their families, we were afforded many compliments for our efforts and the quality display we put forth. We also received numerous Thank You's for our handling of the Funeral Missions for Gary Rovinski, Jerry Tharp and Jaime Jaenke who were members of this unit that were KIA. There is still one SEABEE at Balboa Medical Facility receiving treatment for wounds received in action, that hasn't made it home yet.
Dave, Thanks for providing the flags we needed for this mission. I owe you another trip to the buffet line. |
