Welcome Fort Dodge Army Reserve 875th Replacement Co.

Homecoming Parade Past, Present & Future

Friday, October 20 at 5:00 p.m.

************************************

Let's welcome our Warrior Citizens back, the 875 Replacement Company. They have completed their mission, now let's welcome them home with a Community Support Parade.

Our soldiers will be returning home on Friday, October 20. The convoy will begin at the

Highway Patrol headquarters in Fort Dodge at 5 p.m., and their route will run from Hwy

Business 20 to North Street, then on to the Army Reserve Center.

We encourage everyone to show your support. Display your flags, come out your doors, and wave & applaud them giving them the welcome home that they deserve!

Also, if you're interested in assisting to the Welcome Home Festivities and the upcoming

Christmas Party, which will be commensurating on January 6, 2007, please contact Ann

Ashenfelter (515-573-2041), or Sarah Jones (515-571-9799).

I wanted to personally thank all of you who came for our soldier's welcome home. Thank You!!! It meant a lot to me as a PGR member, to the rest of the families and mostly the soldiers. They didn't know what to expect when they came home and having the PGR as part of the escort made them feel good.

While my husband extended for another year, I was there and I was proud to be a soldier's wife as well as a PGR member!
