| On 27 October 2006, 5/3 FA will be returning from the sandbox. Will post times when I get them. We will stage at the RACH (Reynolds Army Community Hospital) East parking lot. This is almost the whole Battalion returning. |

There is a good friend of mine going to be home in this group. Please give William (Matt) Powell a big hug from me. I can't wait to know he is back on US soil again. I know that his flight got bumped back a little but he is ready to be home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i just got word from my husband that the times have changed. it's still noat definate. but he said they were told they would land in sill on oct 28 at around 5 pm. hopw this helps a little. i'll keep you updated.

i got word from the FRG today and it will be Saturday the 28th at 6 pm. my husabnd also called and said they will land between 5-6 pm on the 28th. my family and i will be there at 4 just to make sure. hope to see you all there. and thank you for doing this i know it will mean a lot to these guys!

Just in from the Fort Sill IOC:
All, Fort Sill will be conducting a Welcome Home Ceremony for the Soldiers of Bravo Battery, 5th Battalion, 3rd Field Artillery, from Fort Sill. The ceremony is scheduled for 1830 hours, 28 Oct 06. The ceremony will be conducted in the Rinehart Physical Fitness Center, building 2730. The speaker for the ceremony will be COL Reid. Thank-you.
We will be staging at the East parking lot of the Hospital (RACH) at 5:15 since they are going to land between 5 and 6PM. Flags from the Healing Field will be there. |
