Deepest sympathies to the family and friends of this fine American.  My thoughts and prayers are with you in this most difficult time.  We lose another who gave of himself to secure the freedoms that many take for granted.  God's speed, Marc.  Rest easy, your mission is complete.
I will be out of town and unable to attend but I will be with my PGR brothers and sisters in spirit.

ATTENTION; St. Cloud Sector

We will be leaving from the Big Lake Holiday Stationstore for this Mission. We will leave at 0630 hours, go to Elk River, and pick up Viking Blvd. through Anoka County.  It should take us approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours travel time.

If travelling by bike, please top off your fuel in Big Lake, as the next available fuel location is East Bethel.  Cagers are welcome, as well.  I have room for 4 more in my van, so if interested in 'pooling it, let me know, by phone, by Friday evening.

We will be going through Nowthen, so if you would like to link up with us at the former convenience store/gas station there, let me know so we can plan to stop for you.  At this point my home computer has ceased to link, so please call me (my number is in my profile, OK?)

Please dress for the weather, and bring your flag(s).

I regret to say that I will have to sit this mission out. The family and friends of Marc B. Kuhne will be in my thoughts and prayers tomorrow morning.

For those riders in the Rochester area that are interested in attending this mission, I would suggest meeting up with the SE Metro group at the St. Paul H/D shop at 6:15 am. I know there are a few from down here interested, so as done on previous missions, meet at the 55th Street Kwik Trip at 4:30 and head out at 4:45 am. That should give you plenty of time to meet up with Birdie before they head out. When you arrive at St. Paul H/D, please sign the Ride Waiver ASAP so as to not hold up the group's departure time.

Please post your intentions on this forum to allow other riders to get in contact with you for final planning!

We now have an itinerary for October 21nd**** NEW STAGING PLAN *****sorry, had wrong date in earlier email

BECAUSE OF THE EARLY STAGING TIME IN STACY, WE WILL ALL STAGE IN ST.CLOUD AT THE FOLLOWING LOCATION AT 5:30 AM, KICKSTANDS UP AT 5:50AM

Staging at the *Conoco* on the south side of MN HWY 23 just past "Donahue Harley Davison" or by "Bauerly Bro's. Construction". This is a couple of miles out of St.Cloud. Please do not be late, you will need to sign ride waivers here. This will eliminate a staging area in Litchfield, which will be out of the way for many members. We are staging with the St.Cloud group.

*Conoco* to MN HWY 23 east about 1 mile
Turn right onto MN HWY 95 straight to I35 and continue on to the Stacy-Lent Fire Department for final staging! We should be there approximately 7:30 AM

FINAL ITINERARY: Marc "Q-Ball" Kuhne, Saturday, October 21st

We will be staging at the Stacy-Lent Fire Department, 30785 Forest Blvd. Stacy, MN. To get there take exit 139 off I35 and go east. At the four way stop go south 1/4 mile and the Fire Dept. will be on the left.

Please no bike starts during the service, if you will need to leave during that time please plan ahead.

Weather forecast is cold and wet with a chance of light snow, hopefully that will change. Please dress for the weather!

Ride safe!

I've got an extra flag packed.  I'll try to leave it behind the windshield on my VTX.  Red one with PGR sticker on the windshield and two flags by the license plate.  Feel free to borrow it if I'm not by the bike.
