Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord... Psalms 33:12 ESV

Therefore, as you received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in him, rooted and built up in him and established in the faith, just as you were taught, abounding in thanksgiving. Colossians 2:6-7 ESV

1. Jesus Christ
2. The American G.I.

War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things. The decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks that nothing is worth war is much worse. The person who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature and has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself. To Marc - Thank you, we will never forget.
To the family and friends, I never know what to say in times like this, so i will include a quote(auther unknown) that was given to me by a friend of mine when I needed it. It wasn't so much the quote that helped but knowing your friends are thinking about you when you need them the most.

"grief is like the wake behind a boat. It starts out as a huge wave that follows close behind you and is big enough to swamp and drown you if you suddenly stop moving forward. But if you do keep moving, the big wave will eventually dissipate. And after a long enough time, the waters of your life get calm again, and that is when the memories of those who have left begin to shine as bright and enduring as the stars above"

I'll be there Sat.
