Stand Down for memorial services.

All, the mother asked that it be passed along that she appreciates the thoughts and support of PGR. In this case, with the final resting place to be in Mexico, no further memorials planned in Le Grand, and her honoring Cpl. Granados' wishes of not having full honors, this is a Stand Down.

This goes to show that this war effects all of our families from the biggest cities to the smallest towns.  I lived in Le Grand for over 10 years.  Two of my three daughters were born there and probably went to school with Cesar.  It is a very small town consisting mostly of a few farmers and the people who work for those farms.  I lived there because I felt it was a "safe" place to raise my children.  They are all grown now, safe and raising families of their own.

If a Mission is called, I will be there.  The smaller the town, the more I am inclined to show support.  Our Hero earned it, not by dying, by living and doing what our Country asked of him, no matter the cost.

My prayers to our Hero's family, words cannot express my deepest sympathies for your sacrifice.
