Here is the staging info ~

Just some 200 yards east of the traffic light in "downtown" Harpersville is a Holcombe Home Center. This is between the Jet Pep Convenience Store and the Huddle House on Wheat Street. Johnny Holcombe extends a warm welcome to all your riders to use his parking lot and adjacent area between his business and the Bank as a staging area. Holcombe Center and the Bank will be closed on Sunday afternoon and you should have sufficient space to accommodate all who may participate.
From that site, you could proceed in mass west on Wheat Street to Hwy-25 then south about 1/4 mile to the United Methodist Church/Fire Department and (across the street), the Harpersville Garden of Memories. Alabama Board of Veteran Affairs member Bill Wyatt and his wife Pat, will be manning the welcome/orientation table at the northernmost entrance to the cemetery and will guide you from there. We are proposing to ask you to line up along the right-of-way of the Highway and across the western front of the historic section of the burial ground.
We are proposing that your riders be in place as close to 1:00PM as possible. We will be treated to ongoing musical entertainment from 1:00 - 2:00PM, and the dedication ceremonies will commence promptly at 2:00PM. Harpersville township is providing refreshments and drinks throughout the afternoon at the ceremony site.
